I got the binding sewn down on the lattice quilt last night. I wasn’t sure I was going to like this one with the larger blocks from a layer cake but I’m happy with it!
A while back, I saw a larger version of my Lattice quilt on Pinterest and followed the link to the tutorial on YouTube. It’s an easy one to make and I’ll be making it again … probably using a block size in between my original quilt and this one … cutting the squares from stash.

I haven’t made a lot of progress on the little quilt I’m hand stitching. The neurologist changed my meds about 3 weeks ago and the tremors are worse and are making it difficult. I may just have to start machine quilting all of these which would be a shame because I like doing the big stitch hand quilting on these little ones.
As you can see in the photo below, Mom has finished a couple more. I still need to pair them up with critters when I get home.

Love the lattice! have done it with squares from 4.5 inches up…..great fun, goes fast, and looks like you spent a lot of time. Done it with all the lattices the same color. Just a wonderful pattern!
I really like the mix of colors and textures in this quilt. Great job!
A very pretty quilt. I’d like to try it.
The quilt is beautiful. Would you share if there is a consistent pattern to your hand quilting and would you post a close up of the stitches please?
I love the autumnal feel of this quilt.
