Hat #34 and #35

A visit this afternoon to the coffee shop with Keith … it’s conveniently close for those times it just does me good to get out a little.

Then some knitting with Finn … and two more hats finished.

The one on the left is Rafa’s hat found free on Ravelry at this link. I used different sized needles and eliminated one of the repeats of the body section because I wasn’t sure how baggy it would be since I hadn’t made this pattern before … I will be making it again.

The one on the right is Gilda’s Chemo hat found free on the Knots of Love site at this link.

  1. Mary, all your hats are just wonderful. I used to knit beautiful ski sweaters when I was in high school. But living in the CA desert, I have not done anything. Just sewing clothing and for years now, just making quilts. You do such beautiful items that are so much in need. I have made and donated many here locally and they have been greatly appreciated. Keeping you in our prayers. Marilyn in CA

  2. The chocolate hat has a really deep color that I like. The raspberry has a nice design and looks very thick and warm. I am so impressed at how fast you knit these hats, your needles must be heated !

  3. Thank goodness for the coffee shop. Enjoyed seeing your happy faces! 🙂 This yarn is pretty and worked up nicely in this pattern. 👏🏻

  4. You make such nice hats at turbo speed. You also look so cute with your red glasses and red sweater. Like a little Christmas elf.
