Since these hats are now the downstairs projects, I’m not finishing as many of them as I did in the fall but that’s OK, because I work on them when I’m “resting” after sewing.

And before finishing this hat, I spent time working on my 16 patch blocks. I love that I’m able to spend more time downstairs in my happy place!!
And while I’m sewing, I’m listening to music … we went to see a movie last week. Song Sung Blue … I really enjoyed it and have been listening to a lot of Neil Diamond music since then.
Now it’s time to cast on another hat and then tonight after Finn and Keith go to bed, I plan to stitch down a binding. Both of those tasks allow me to listen to my audiobooks.
Love the colour purple. I’m still knitting small beanie hats for the kiddie charity. Just finished #55 since the last delivery. Been practising on my new sewing machine and will be back to making pencil cases again soon. I’ve missed my sewing the past 2 months. 🙂
