My meds seem to be helping the tachycardia so it’s time to start moving more … as much as I loved our time living in Tampa, I have to admit it was kind of crazy and crowded everywhere we went. It’s nice to be back at home where it’s quieter and more peaceful.
Keith got me out of the house and on the trail for an easy walk today.

I’m glad to hear that your heart rate is stabilizing – and that you’re able to get back into your regular routine. Enjoy the Olympics – we’re enjoying watching too!
You must be wearing one of your hats – cute 🙂
Quiet is nice. I avoid big cities when I travel now. Glad you are home and out in nature.
Glad you are home now. I love home! All the traffic and hustle bustle is just too much for me anymore. You are looking so cute in your hat! I love all the hats you knit. I don’t knit, I tried to learn several times. My neighbor knits and she also tried to teach me, but she gave up I think. Take care.
The smiles
Say it all you guys still love walking together.
Welcome home. Glad your health is improving.
Cheers to successes. Yay Keith for getting you out in some fresh air. Hugs Mary.
