More finishes

Yep, we finished 2 more little quilts yesterday. It’s been a productive week!

Another bear quilt for Mom

And another one from the leftovers from the 16 patch quilt … one adult size … 3 little ones from that set of fat quarters.

Keith and Finn get here today so things will probably slow down a little but I’m ready to have my boys back with me!!

I’ve also been watching the playoffs … and my Bolts go to game #7 tomorrow. Crossing my fingers that they win and make it to round 2 but it’s been a tough series against Montreal so we’ll see.

And look at this cutie pie!! Making her first communion today. I’ll be thinking of her when I’m at mass with Mom and Kevin later today.

  1. She is adorable! Yes to the Lightning! It has been a struggle, but they made it this far!

  2. Not sure I’ve introduced myself – I’m Donna – originally from Lake Wales – now in Bunnell – which is by Palm Coast, south of St. Aug.
Anyway, your little quilts are darling – do you donate them?
You must be very proud of your grand daughter!
Haven’t followed the Bolts recently but they sure do play well!
    Blessings!

  3. Congrats to Mo. she is lovely.
The Avs made it easy on me by winning the first round in four. Stanley cup is such fun.

  4. Mo is gorgeous! Her communion dress is lovely. Sadly only my son and one of my girls made her communion and none of my granddaughters will. In the Episcopal Church, not all parishes do it as a formal celebration and between the girls we moved from one that did to one that didn’t. None of my kids are now churchgoers. Although I still have the dress, as well as the one I wore!

  5. Hi Mary!

Well isn’t she just a beautiful young lady! Congratulations to her and to her family also. Such a wonderful picture and her dress is so perfect for her.
