I started putting away some fabrics and pulling others when I got downstairs today. The challenge next month is 3 yard quilts … or as I call them 3 fabric quilts because I like to make them my own size and not limit myself to 1 yard each.

I’d set aside some fabrics for Quick Strippies and Stephanie commented that they were the first 3 yard quilts so we’ll see what I end up making. I’ll be gone close to 2 weeks this month so I don’t expect to get a ton of piecing done but I’ll at least meet the challenge with one.

Then I looked at the design wall and decided I should go ahead and assemble the Happy Blocks from Charm Squares before the month was over. So … this month’s challenge was met!
