My Babylock Jane spent several weeks in the shop and Chris brought it back to me on Christmas Eve but I’m just now getting her set back up. She is my favorite machine to piece on and I did a quick set of Happy Blocks today. Now I have two sets of blocks to assemble, these and the Strips and Strings Log Cabin blocks I finished making yesterday.
Congrats on getting your piecing machine back, Mary!! I know how happy you must be. My longarm will be returning tomorrow after a week at the spa. Now, we just have to get the base set up in the new studio and I’ll be back in business!
Getting Jane back must have thrilled you. I lost my favorite machine for almost 3 months. It arrived back on a Friday and I pieced and quilted all weekend. Funny how the familiar seems to be necessary and comforting. My productivity has really increased.
It’s always a relief to get our machines back from the shop. I’m really hoping to get back into the groove of sewing this weekend.
I am so glad you got your friend back. I really like your picture frame up there on the wall. What a wonderful idea. to be able to change your pictures so easily. Very creative. It is so nice to see pictures that are special.
