I was cooking dinner tonight when Keith said I should come out and see the sunset over the lake. So I did. We’re not on the lake but we’re just a couple houses away! The lake is much larger than you see in this photo … it’s the same lake I kayak in and this is just one of the coves.

Our house faces west and we often do the same–give a shout out to come see the sunset. It’s always worth the pause in whatever we’re doing.
