I kind of wished I’d pulled some neutrals from stash to calm this one down a little but it’s a finished top and will eventually provide warmth to someone in need so it will be quilted and donated even though it’s not perfect.

I found a free pattern online for this quilt several years ago but that blog is no longer active. After a lot of searching, I found an archived link but I have no idea how long it will be active so if you are interested, make sure you save a copy for yourself.

  1. It’s busy but cheerful (I recognize the prints from Bluprint – had them also) & I really like it! Great job! How are you feeling?

  2. I love the colors and I bet some young lady will to. How is the back coming and is the pain getting better? I am keeping you in my prayer during your recovery.

  3. Purple and green are so rich together! I like this one a lot. Wonder how many purples and greens I could turn up in my scraps?

Hope you are feeling more comfortable?

  4. I have a friend and a niece that would think it is perfect with the friend wanting it a little brighter and busy next time. You tend to subtle some of of tend to WAKE ME UP bright quilts.

  5. I like this quilt and the colors, and I’m sure the person who receives it will enjoy it too. Thanks for the link to the pattern.
Hope you are slowly recovering from you surgery and feeling more and more comfortable each day. Prayers continue.
