I was cleaning up the sewing room yesterday after a couple weeks of scrap quilting and came across a baggie with the leftover strip sets bits from the last Windmill quilt pieced in December. I decided I’d go ahead and piece the doll quilt they were intended for rather than set it aside again.

I often get questions about how large I make my doll quilts and the answer is the leftovers dictate the size. This one is 25 x 28.

And speaking of doll quilts, Carolyn commented about the doll quilt in new puppy’s bed in the photo I posted yesterday… that was Mo’s doing. Chris had the bed out and ready for the puppy and Mo decided Gus needed a quilt for his bed and put one of her doll quilts in it for him.
