A 10 hour flight that began with with an hour delay after we were on the plane! But we made it to Maui and I’m looking forward to a relaxing week! There was eating and drinking, some Upwords competition, reading, and knitting to pass the time.

I’m surprised you could take knitting on your airplane. I think the airlines I’ve flown don’t allow it. The hospital I was in last year wouldn’t even allow knitting needles or scissors or pins and needles (for piecing) as they are all considered dangerous. On airplanes I resort to tatting… Not much danger there…
