Dinner

Last minute dinner invitation … I’m a planner but Chris calls himself spontaneous. So in spite of already having plans to cook dinner … when we got a call at 5:30pm we went and met Chris and Mo. How’s that for spontaneous? (There might have been some ice cream after dinner!)

  1. Now who could pass up an invite like that? Your family is just so, well, so wonderful! Mo’s smile, missing teeth and all, is just darling.

  2. The picture of you with Mo shows how strong a family resemblance there is. I am a fan of being spontaneous if it comes with such amazing smiles. All of you look very happy.

  3. So does Mo have on a tiara? We had a neighbor child who was never without one (there seemed to be a collection) – family moved away but I hope her teenage years had room for her fashion sense!

  4. Mary, I know you have been and are going through a lot, but you sure look wonderful! That’s a great picture of you with Mo.

  5. Great pictures. It seems that the only time my husband is spontaneous is when the grandchildren call and want to come over or ask us to go and do something with them. Our philosophy is that when they get older they’ll be too busy to want to do things with us so we had better grab the opportunity as it is happening.

  6. Wonderful having family close enough for those spontaneous invitations. We moved from Missouri to Oregon and now live around the corner from my son and three grandkids. Winning

  7. I am always spontaneous when i have the chance to see my two sweet grandkids! Mary, you look good and I wish you all the best! Greetings from Elisabeth

  8. That looks like fun! As others have said, you are looking great! Mo just has the sweetest smile… and the missing tooth and ice cream just add to the charm!
    Prayers continue.

  9. I would have done the same. Can’t pass up the chance to meet up with the kids or grandkids even when it’s last minute.
