I love the colors of that yarn! My very first crocheted afghan was a ripple pattern, taught to me by a friend in our dorm while I was in college. Now I am almost seventy-five and still crocheting. It is wonderfully relaxing while I am watching tv in the evening and my hands always need something to do. I made a granny square afghan last year and now I am just making a simple striped one with double crochet stitches. All my grandchildren received baby quilts and crocheted blankets as well. I always enjoy seeing what you are working on and marvel how quickly you finish.
Starting a new blanket and a Bolts win? Bliss, Mary! :o))
I could never crochet a ripple, not ever! So I had to laugh when you said Easy….
Glad the Bolts won! The ripple blanket makes me think of my MIL. She made me a ripple blanket the first year we were married.
Very pretty yarn! The ripple pattern always makes me think of my mom, as that was the pattern she usually made.
I am sorry the wings are out but at least the Michigan State U hockey team came thru with a trophy 🙂
Pretty colors. My mom made these for my children and us. They’re so warm.
