I don’t have any appointments on Friday so I decided I’d drive to Marietta, donate some Little Quilts with Critters to Safe Path and meet Chris for lunch.
That meant I needed to wrap up some critters – I got 12 ready. Here are the first 6 …

And the other 6 …

I also got 10 red Rainbow HeartStrings blocks pieced last night and then trimmed tonight…. Just 10 orange ones and maybe a few turquoise ones left to piece and then I’ll be ready to toss the first set of blocks up on the design wall.

The Rainbow blocks were my project for last month’s challenge but since I decided to make enough for 3 quilts … I didn’t get them all finished.
This month’s challenge is shapes … I intended to make a triangle quilt … but time is running out so I decided I’d piece a Little Quilt … I pulled fabric and cut some quarter square triangles and some half square triangles tonight and I’ll get this one pieced tomorrow with any luck!

The critter packets are really cute. And the red string blocks are bright. You always keep so busy. Puts me to shame.
Every time you post your little quilts with critters it makes me happy. 🥰. They are precious.
Those little critters and their quilts are just so cute!
What a great donation. They are adorable!
Your gifts of love are inspiring and cute. Hope you enjoy your lunch with Chris.
I am so impressed Mary with all that you do. You’re such a wonderful person making all of these Charity quilts. Those little stuffed animals are just perfect with those quilts.
Those little critters and quilts make me smile. Wish we could be a fly on the wall to watch how kids receive them.
So cute all in a row !
Oh, the little quilt and critters are so cute!
