I’m getting a slow start to hat knitting season but one is finished.

And I got another one cast on and ready to take on my trip to Maine. I should definitely have more time to knit on this trip!
Even though I have a slow start this year on the hats … I have 9 that were finished after my last donation so now I have 10.
I’m just getting started, too, but I’m making beanies for my #1 daughter-in-law, who’s just been diagnosed with low-grade follicular lymphoma. She starts chemo on Tuesday. Her prospects for successful treatment are very good, so getting her through is our main goal.
Thanks to your inspiration, I already have patterns and yarn to make her a nice collection. Thanks, Mary.
