Another visit to the “local” coffee shop followed by some critter hunting across the street at Dollar General.
Convenient to have them both so close by but you should have seen the eye roll when I told Keith I wanted to stop in at Dollar General. He tolerates my critter hunting but does sit in the car rather than come in with me.
When we got home we listened to the Lightning game. Most games we can view on ESPN or Hulu but I guess they were all focused on Football this afternoon. OK with me because we won!
And I got to start a new blanket while I listened. I haven’t used this Caron Cinnamon Swirl yarn before but I’ve used other Caron Cakes and it’s working up pretty in the Linen Stitch.
Tonight when the boys go to bed, I’ll try to get down and weave some ends in on the two waiting. Can’t get too far ahead of myself!
Fun! Yes everyone was focused on Footballl today. Well did you find critters? I saw some very cute ones the other day. My hubby often stays in the car when I have a mission. This was your critter mission!!!! Can’t you just hear the mission impossible music playing as you peek around the corners. Gosh I don’t know about your Dollar Generals but here in Texas, they seem to have the same items multiple places around the store. LOL Looks like you had a great family day!
