I’ve been busy visiting with Mom but we have done some work too. These two little ones were finished yesterday.
This one’s mine …

This one’s Mom’s.

I love that she’s working on this Little Quilt project with me!
Last night after we finished these quilts. I stayed for dinner … my sister fixed some yummy nachos and everyone licked their plates clean! I’ll be getting this recipe and fixing it for Keith!

Today, Mom and I went out for brunch and then I came back to the apartment to work … I now have two more little quilts ready to have their bindings sewn down tomorrow during our visit.
I’m going to sit a while with my leg elevated and knit. I might just get in the sewing room later tonight and get another one pin basted and ready for quilting.
Love the little quilts. Such a blessing to the little ones that receive them and to the ones making them.
What do you do if bears come passing by while you are outside?
You always have the perfect quilt for the perfect critter. Hope your foot is doing its job and healing on schedule.
Both little quilts are adorable, along with their companion critters. The nacho supper sounds like a winner. Glad you are enjoying your visit.
OK Mary, you can’t not send that recipe to us. Please! Those little quilts are so darn cute with your little stuffed animals.
I agree! Hope you can post the recipe here on your blog.
Love the blues on your quilt – your Mums quilt goes well with the little teddy. Good to know you are getting out and about, even with a damaged foot :p
