I just LOVE working on this Little Quilt project with Mom. We sat and visited again today as we stitched bindings down. Four more quilts added to the donation bag!
Mom had this one already done and ready for me.
She stitched the binding down on this one today.
I stitched this binding down today after quilting it last night.
And this one of mine was finished up today too.
Now I need to get another ready for tomorrow’s visit!
These are the perfect projects for my visits up here. They don’t take too long to get pin basted and quilted and then Mom and I enjoy our visits while we’re working on the bindings.

The quilts are adorable and just the right size that both you and your mom can get them made and not feel overwhelmed or exhausted. What a joy that the two of you can spend time together and be creative and productive! When I visit my mom, we both sit and crochet baby hats for Riley’s Hospital. It is the only thing I know how to crochet, and each hat takes little time or thought, so we can sit and chat and not have a big project to focus on or remember from session to session.
What a special way to spend time with your mom!
