I had some questions abut how I tied the quilts in Maine and I’ve been pointing them to the website where I shared instructions for tying HeartStrings quilts.

Jay taught me years ago at a Nebraska sew-in and I’ve used that knowledge at many other HeartStrings sew-ins.
He was a good friend to me and I still miss him especially when I’m tying quilts to donate.
Proof again of how one’s existence sends ripples into the universe. I try to make my ripples good.

I have never tied a quilt, I will check out those instructions and might give it a try. My mother-in-law used to tie some of her quilts, but I never asked her how to do it, she passed away 6 years ago. I miss her so much, she was a good mother-in-law.
