Traffic was difficult and the drive took us an extra 2 hours but we arrived late afternoon. I love crossing the state line on the bridge!

We are about an hour from the state line and we had to settle in, unpack, and Keith headed to the store to pick up a few things and by then it was time to watch the Lightning game! Unfortunately, we lost but I made progress on the crochet blanket.

This morning I got some rest and worked on one of the chemo hats for donation while I listened to an audiobook.

And then we took a walk with Finn down to the water.

This is the “closest” beach to us but Willard Beach where we usually stay isn’t far so I think we might end up walking that way next time.
I love Maine! Enjoy your stay.
I’ll be looking forward to lots of photos!
Maine is so pretty! I’ve only been there once – for a week – but I enjoyed it so much! Enjoy your stay there.
Love that picture of the water, it’s especially beautiful to someone living in the Midwest. Mary, what audio setup do you use?
heading to South Portland in November…..college roommate lives there, and niece is stationed there with the Coast Guard!
