Weight-loss Wednesday – Week 2

  • Gain of 0.6 lbs = total weight loss of 6 lbs
  • Met exercise goal for the week
  • Met water goal of 64 oz on 6 out of 7 days.

I think some of last week’s loss was just water weight so although I have a gain of 0.6 pounds this week – I’m happy with a total loss of 6 pounds for two weeks.

  1. Congratulations on your two week weight loss. I am fighting fluid retention, so weight loss is not even practical. I am trying, but my heart just isn’t in it.

Congrats Mary! i know that meeting a water goal is hard to do .. oops .. with me being so busy on a few projects now gearing up for our vacation (trip to visit family up north), I’ve not really been paying attention, but i have been trying to consume more water which is my biggest goal right now .. besides, the battery died in my scale .. treacherous thing!! LOLgrace
