I’ve finished the handful of little quilts I brought so it was time to change the walking foot out for the quarter inch foot. I worked it that way so I didn’t have to change the feet back and forth all week!

Also … I said I was going to make a Town Square quilt next … but when I pulled out my fabric … I saw the Novelty squares I’d forgotten I’d already cut out for a 3 fabric Happy Block quilt … so that’s the one I started tonight and half the blocks are made.

This was just the cutest fabric and Tish had sent me a pieced back with it … I used the back on one of my smaller donation quilts and there was enough left to squeeze out twenty 6.5 inch squares – I knew it wouldn’t go to waste and that it would make a cute baby quilt. The strips framing the Novelty fabric are cut 2.5 inches and this one will be 40 x 50 inches.
Oh that is sweet fabric! I’m thinking you were being efficient, not lazy. 🙂

That fabric is adorable, and looks great with that soft yellow.
